Black and Purple Vinyl Tiny Top hat

This is a one of a kind Hand decorated 5 1/2" tiny top hat. It is black felt covered in a black shiny vinyl. The top of the hat has a purple piping. The main part of the hat is surrounded in a purple snakeskin material edged in black satin pipping. Around the base of the hat is a black fancy velvet trim. The center front of the hat has a metal scrollwork medallion with purple rhinestones.

The inside is lined with black fabric with a black braided trim around the edge. It has two clips to affix the hat in your hair. Along the side is black tulle, and a long purple ostrich feather which is approximately 22" long.

This listing would normally be $76.00. We are not quite happy with how the brim turned out with the harder vinyl so we are selling this hat at a reduced price. It does not affect the wear of the hat as you can see from the photo. Enjoy!
