Black Flower Fairy tale Gothic Tiny Top hat

This is a one of a kind Hand decorated 5 1/2" tiny top hat. It is black felt covered in a black cotton polyester fabric. The entire hat is decorated with black roses and leaves with purply- pink and silver glitter. There are smaller black fluffy feathers throughout. The brim is trimmed with black lace.

The inside is lined with the same black fabric and is double clipped to attach to the head. Out the middle of the top is a long black ostrich feather which is approximately 2 feet long.

This hat could be super cute with any fairy tale themed outfit!
