Dusty Pink and Gray fairy flower tiny top hat with feather plume

The is a one of a kind Hand decorated 6" tiny top hat. It is black felt covered in a Pink and Gray material. It has a pink beaded floral trim. Wrapped around the side is a half wreath of flowers. The inside is lined with pink satin and double clipped. Along the side is a long dusty pink ostrich feather which is approximately 17" long.
