Navy Blue and Red Feathered Little Bird tiny top hat

The is a one of a kind Hand decorated 6" tiny top hat. It is black felt covered in a navy blue material. There is a burgundy trim wrapped around the base. The inside is lined with the same navy blue material and is double clipped. Along the side are silver-blue beaded loops. There are also burgundy feathers approximately 17" long and an ostrich plume approximately 12" long. Many other black and red smaller feathers are mixed in to give the hat some volume. In the front there is a small blue bird on the brim and tucked in the back of the hat peaking out from the feathers is an even smaller blue bird. The top of this hat is lightly padded.
