The tiny top hat is 5 1/2 inches. It is made with White fabric with green shamrocks fabric on it over felt. It has matching white and green shamrock grosgrain ribbon around the base to accent.the hat. The inside is lined with green satin and double clipped. Along the side is white and green tulle, a glitter shamrock, and a long green feather which is approximately 21" long.
