The is a one of a kind Hand decorated 6" tiny top hat. This Steampunk style hat is a black felt covered in a bronze and black striped material. There is a black trim wrapped around the base. The inside is lined with a fancy embroidered bronze fabric and is double clipped. Along the side are feathers approximately 16" long and a small semi circle of lace.
This top hat matches perfectly with the steampunk dress which can be found in our shop.
