White Lace Cameo Tiny Top Hat

The is a one of a kind Hand decorated 5 1/2" tiny top hat. It is black felt covered in a white lace. It has black and silver beaded trim to accent it. On the center front is a small Cameo. The inside is lined with white satin and double clipped. Along the side is a black and white feather plume, a couple small white feathers, and a long white ostrich feather which is approximately 15" long.
