Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout as actual Carrier rates.
Free Shipping is valid on retail orders shipped within the U.S. over $100 or more after discounts & promotions. Any orders placed under $100 will be calculated via current USPS rates. All U.S orders sent Priority mail will be insured. We do not require signature confirmation, please contact us if this is something you would like to add to the order. We are not responsible for damaged, stolen or lost parcel items.
Candles
Candles, Tealights & Wax Melts are only shipped Mon-Wednesday to avoid sitting in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend.
Cancellations
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of Purchase
Returns
Customer may return or exchange unopened/unused products with original packing. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and ship items back within 7 days of delivery with a copy of your order for a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. No returns are accepted after 7 days.
Once we receive your purchase in unused condition with original packing, we will issue a refund within 3 business days of receiving your purchase. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, broken, or misdirected returns. We recommend insuring your order and packing it back into the original packaging it was shipped in. Custom/Personalized orders, perishable products, and digital downloads are not returnable. Repeat returns will not be honored.
Late or missing refunds
Contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some processing time before the credit is posted to your account. If you’ve done this and have no received your refund, please contact us at Foxandthewolfinfo@gmail.com
Custom & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Jewelry Care
To keep your jewelry in its best condition, do not wear while sleeping, do not expose it to water or other liquids, and store in a safe dry place.
